When making a purchase from the Hard Decor Ltd website, you are bound by the following terms and conditions:

Price Variations:

All prices listed on this website are subject to change without prior notice. Prices are based on current costs and may fluctuate due to changes in raw material costs and other direct expenses beyond our control.

Pre-Purchase Considerations:

Prior to placing an order, please ensure that you have thoroughly reviewed our terms and conditions. Please note that variations in product colour may occur due to camera settings, lighting, browser software, and monitor/screen settings. We strongly recommend making use of our sample service before you purchase your final choice of materials and finishes. Please note that due to their inherent characteristics our natural, real wood products will exhibit variations in colour, tone and grain patterns.

Cancellation Policy:

Once an order has been dispatched, any cancellation will result in the Buyer being liable for the return costs of the goods as well as the original delivery charge.

Dispatch Policy:

  • Deliveries will only be made to the Buyer's premises.
  • Our standard delivery charge of £59.99 applies to mainland UK addresses. Additional charges may apply for orders outside these areas. Please contact us for information on additional carriage charges.
  • Whilst we endeavour to ensure all items shown are deliverable to you within our stated timescales, availability within these times is not guaranteed. The publication of this electronic catalogue does not constitute an offer for sale.
  • Deliveries are typically made between 9am and 5.30pm, Monday to Friday. You may specify your preferred delivery day via email or by contacting us by phone or email. We will notify you if delivery on the preferred date is not feasible and arrange an alternative date.
  • Please inform us of any potential accessibility issues at the delivery address (e.g., vehicle weight or width limits) at the time of ordering to avoid re-delivery charges.
  • Deliveries are kerb side only and limited to the outside of your home.
  • The estimated delivery time of day is provided for guidance only, and we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third-party delivery companies.

Inspection of Goods:

  • It is the Buyer's responsibility to inspect all goods for damage before accepting delivery. We will not accept liability for goods damaged during transit if the customer has signed for them without indicating damage.
  • In the event of delivery damage, the delivery must be signed for as "damaged" to facilitate replacement.
  • Failure to sign for damaged deliveries may result in cancellation, and a credit note will be issued.
  • We advise against scheduling any fitting until goods have been delivered and inspected. We will not be liable for any fitting costs incurred due to late delivery or receipt of incorrect or damaged goods.

Delivery Restrictions:

Please note that we only deliver to addresses within the UK mainland. Please contact us for a quotation outside of the UK Mainland.
